Sofia Scatolin
I am a developmental neuroscientist investigating how early environment shapes brain development and mental health. I am particularly interested in how social relationships, especially between children and parents, influence socioemotional brain development. In my research, I integrate neuroimagining (fMRI), physiological, and behavioral measures, as well as computational models.
I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Jacobs Center for Productive Youth Development at the University of Zurich and a fellow at the International Max Planck Research School on the Life Course.
